1: Dar es Salaam to Mikumi
Pick-up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi
National Park (3 – 4 hours Drive), afternoon game drive;
Dinner and overnight at VUMA HILLS/ Mikumi Wildlife Camp
(Kikoboga)/Bush Camping
Day
2: Mikumi National Park
Full
day Safari/game drive: Chamgore and Mkata Food Plain within
Mikumi National Park; lunch at Mikumi Wildlife Camp
(Kikoboga). Proceeds with game drive till late sunset.
Dinner and overnight at VUMA HILLS/ Mikumi Wildlife Camp
(Kikoboga)/Bush Camping
Day
3: Drive to Selous Game Reserve
Early
morning depart for Selous Game Reserve via Matombo and Kisaki to Mvuha
Village (5 hours Drive) to Sable Mountain Lodge near the reserve
gate at
Matambwe. Have a light lunch at Sable Mountain Lodge and the
sunset game viewing in the reserve;
dinner and overnight at Sable Mountain Lodge
Day
4: Game Drive in the Selous
Full day game drives in the Selous Game Reserve; visit some of the ox-bow lake and
the Hot Springs. Lunch at a picnic site; late afternoon
before down Drive to Lake Manze Tented Camp
for dinner and overnight
Day
5: Game Drive & Boat Safari
After
breakfast start with game drive en route across the reserve
towards Rufiji River Camp; late afternoon boat safari in the
Rufiji River. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manze Camp
Day
6: Drive Back to Dar es Salaam via Kibiti Rufiji
Early morning Walking Excursion then drive breakfast at the
camp before driving back to Dar
es Salaam. We will bring
back to your hotel
