Day 1: Tarangire
National Park

Breakfast in Arusha and
then drive to Tarangire for a full day Game Drives in the national
park; The Park is famous for large number of elephants and birds as
well as migrant wildebeest along the permanent river Tarangire. Late
afternoon drive to Tarangire River Camp for D &O

Day 2: Culture
Tour/Walking to Olmoti Crater in the Ngorongoro

Drive to the Maasai Village in the Ngorongoro Highlands
(Nainokanoka) for culture tour and walking excursions to the Olmoti
Crater; dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
Tour

Descend to the Ngorongoro Crater for full day game drive in a pop up
roof 4WD, lunch on the crater floor as picnic. Ngorongoro Crater is
boasting exceptional game and bird viewing opportunities. Dinner and
overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge/Simba Campsite in Ngorongoro

Day 4: Olduvai Gorge - Shifting Sands
- Nasare Rock - Lake Ndutu

Drive to the Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site, visit the museum and the volcanic ash dune of Shifting
Sands and Nasare rock situated nearby; picnic lunch enroute. Late afternoon drive to Lake
Ndutu for game viewing; dinner and overnight at Ndutu Lodge

Day 5: Game Drive Ndutu
– Salei Plains – Simba Kopje

Early morning start with sunrise game drive around Moru and Simba
Kopjes and the proceed to the foothills of Gol Mountain; Dinner and
overnight at Seronera wildlife Lodge 2

Day 6: Serengeti
National Park

After
breakfast game drives in Seronera valleys to Lobo Area enjoying en
route game viewing. Full day of game viewing and Serengeti Plain
exploration; Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Lobo Lodge

Day 7: Serengeti Game
Drive

Full day game
drive in the northern Serengeti with either picnic lunch box; dinner
& overnight at Serengeti Lobo Lodge

Day 8: Lake Natron
Safari & Bird watching

Drive to the Lake Natron
and visit the eastern side of the lake for game viewing.
The
lake is the only breeding place for the 2.5 million Lesser
Flamingoes that live in the valley. As an option, hiking the Ngare
Sero Gorge to the waterfalls or other gorges in the area;
You will be briefed on the
climb at the camp after dinner. Dinner and Overnight at the Lake
Natron Camp
near Ol Doinyo Lengai

Day 9: Ol Doinyo Lengai
Trekking
-
Early Morning (probably 3
am) take light breakfast at the camp; at 4 am or earlier start the
trail. It is a long and steep climbing of the active volcanic
mountain in Africa that could take from 6 to 8 hours.

The amazing views of the
small crater, the lava that is flowing over the edge and the Rift
Valley are spectacular; at a clear day light the Mt Kilimanjaro and
Mt Meru are all visible. Descend to the Campsite for lunch and drive
back to Arusha.
