Ruaha National Park is famous for its rarer antelope:
the sable, the roan and both lesser & greater kudu, large number of
elephants and buffaloes; Large predators like leopard and prides of
lion are usually common; while hippo dominating the river. The bird
life, is marvelous with some 530 species recorded

Day 1 Fly-in from Dar Es Salaam

Leave Dar es
salaam at
8.30 am and fly to
Ruaha National Park by schedule
light aircraft; Arrive at 11:30, transfer to Jongomero for
lunch, after lunch afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight
at Jongomero Tented Camp

Day 2 – 3 Ruaha River Game Drive

2 Full Days Game
Viewing by car and on foot including bird watching by exploring
Ruaha National park, from Msembe
Jongomero, to Mwagusi Sand River rivers confluence; Hot/Picnic Lunch;
dinner and overnight at the tented lodge;

On the 3rd day
you will explore the park on foot for 2 to 3 hours accompanied by an
armed ranger. (Walks are subject to Parks prior approval and
availability of a Park Ranger)

Day 4 flying back to Dar es Salaam

Breakfast
and then rest while viewing the park, transfer to the airstrip to catch
a 11:45 plane to Dar es Salaam.
