Day 1: Lake Eyasi Hadza Culture Tour
-
Pickup from the hotel in Arusha and drive to Lake Eyasi on a
very rough trail for 4 to 4 hours; the road circumnavigates the Ngorongoro
crater and head south west to Mongola Village; have a contact to local
tribesmen and impression of Barabaig /Hadza/San tribes. Accommodation at
Kisima Ngeda Tented Camp

Day 2: Walking with Hadza in Lake Eyasi Bush
-
Very early in the morning (0545am) you'll drive to the
dwellings of the famous Hadzabe tribe in the bush for cultural interaction
(These are the same group as the South African Bushmen); get an opportunity
to walk with them and watch the way they hunt or collect honey and insects.
Return late afternoon for dinner and overnight at Kisima Ngeda

Day 3: Culture Tour/Walking to
Olmoti Crater in the Ngorongoro
- Drive to
the Maasai Village in the Ngorongoro Highlands (Nainokanoka) for culture
tour and walking excursions to the Olmoti Crater; dinner and overnight at
Mobile Tent (Special campsite) or Sopa Lodge

Day 4: Drive to Empakai Crater Walks
- Drive to
Empakai Crater and start walking towards the crater floor. On your way
downwards to the lake you might see buffaloes or bushbucks, blue monkeys,
many birds (like sunbirds and Turacos). At the shore of the lake are often
waterbucks and elands. Late afternoon drive back to Mobile Tent or
Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 5:
Ngorongoro Crater Tour
- After
breakfast embark to the Ngorongoro Crater for half day, with packed
lunch, for game viewing, after picnic lunch
drive to Octagon Safari Lodge for Dinner and overnight

Day 6:
Drive to Lake Manyara
- After
breakfast drive to Lake National Park for game viewing and bird watching
till 16:00 before driving back to Arusha
